Natural person Lorena Vlahovski (hereinafter: Natural person) undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers and users, by collecting only the necessary, basic data on customers / users that are necessary to fulfill their obligations; informs customers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to do their job.

What is personal information?

Personal data is any data (or a combination thereof) by which it is possible to establish the identity of a person, directly or indirectly. Anonymous data is not covered by this Statement as it is not possible to link it to a specific person.

Purpose of data use

Further communication by e-mail with existing users is done on the basis of legitimate interest or consent. Marketing and sending promotional materials to new users is done solely on the basis of consent obtained during registration to receive marketing messages.

In case of receipt of a direct inquiry by the user, the data for this purpose will be used on the basis of the execution of the contractual obligation (actions that precede the conclusion of the contract).

Data storage and protection

Data for which there is no legal basis for storage The natural person regularly deletes. The data are stored for an indefinite period of time when there is a basis, consent or for the shortest time as required by law (eg invoices). The user can withdraw the consent for data processing at any time, after which the natural person is obliged to remove data that he is not obliged to keep by law.

The data given during the communication of the user with the Natural Person, the trade will remove within a reasonable time after the end of the communication in case there is no consent for their processing or there is no other legal basis for keeping them.

During data processing, we use secure protocols to send data. Data is stored and processed on servers within the European Union - whenever possible. In other cases, the data is sent for processing to servers outside the EU.

Third parties

The individual will share your information with partners, consultants and other professionals. Data will be shared only with those third parties that can guarantee a standard of personal data protection equal to that provided by the Natural Person and with third parties with whom there is a legal obligation to share. Right to information - in this Privacy Statement, the user is provided with insight into the rights and ways of using his data and their processing.

Right to correction - in the event that personal data in the system of Natural Persons are incorrect or incomplete, the user has the right to submit a request for correction with the submission of accurate data.
Right to deletion (“Right to forget”) - In the event that the user expresses a desire to delete data for which there is no legal obligation or legitimate interest in storage, the same may request the deletion of such data.
The right to restrict processing - the user may request from the Individual to stop processing or to continue storing his data.
Right to data portability - at the request of the user, a natural person may provide a copy of the user's personal data in person or to another controller appointed by the user, in a secure manner in an interoperable format.
Right to object - the user has the right to object to the processing of personal data even if it is based on a legitimate interest, direct marketing or otherwise.
Right to withdraw consent - in case of giving consent, the user can contact the Individual with a statement on withdrawal of consent for processing and storage of data in which case the Individual will stop processing or remove data for which there is no legal obligation or legitimate interest in storage.
